Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) brings together NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) into a single national organisation that is designed to improve service delivery across health, care and wider public services.
PSD Scotland drives innovation and develops ‘Once for Scotland’ capabilities to support safer, more consistent and efficient services for people across Scotland. It also leads on workforce planning, development, education and training across the health and social care sector.
The NHS Finance Academy is a partnership between PSD Scotland, the Scottish Government and Deloitte, supporting this work through finance education, development and training.
